I know there are really great skins for Sims 1 out there, but... well, I think I lost them and who they were created by, too. ^^;; But when it came to Sims 2, I had to make my own, so... Sims 2 meshes!
Here's my post on modthesims2 with this mesh! And here's Excel! Enjoy! The section of my art gallery with pictures of my Sims 2 skinning process is here! Oh... and I'm not done with Il Palazzo yet, but check out a screenshot:

The
first Sim I have available for download is Hyatt! Well, actually, it's
not the whole Sim, just the outfit. I used Maxis defaults for her skin
and hair and stuff in these pictures, and I'm sure that I can find better,
but at the same time, her hair is ordinary enough that I don't feel
like I need to model it. (That's why I did Hyatt first!) 
Once
again, I MADE THIS MYSELF. I don't mind if you recolor it (especially
if you can get a better texture than I did), but please tell me and
give me credit for the original mesh. Also, no uploading this to Sims
Resource or the Sims 2 Exchange or anything like that.
