I've wanted to write this story for a very, very long time. It just seems to me that Excel Saga and Scientology are two great tastes that would taste great together. I held back because a lot of the plot points were similar to the EXS/Harry Potter crossover I was planning on writing, and because there were a lot of characters to coordinate, which sounded suspiciously like work. Of course, at some point I realized that Scientology is a far more interesting fandom than Harry Potter. Also, if I don't write all day, my job is pretty boring. So it was back to writing for me! \o/

This fic is completely based on the manga. Any resemblance to the anime is completely coincidental or hilarious. CONTINUITY-WISE, it would be from a slightly-AU version of volume 15, in which Il Palazzo actually brought Excel back from the island. Which is to say, prettymuch everything is back to status quo except the ACROSS girls' apartment has been a'sploded, and Hyatt has dumped Watanabe, cruelly and harshly, without a single iota of remorse. Huzzah!
